We are a dine in or take out restaurant establishment,located in the Kopiko Plaza, below Long's Drugs in the Lanihau Shopping Center in Kailua-Kona. Our Menu is diverse, with local ethnic flavors as well as some American favorites. We offer daily specials, with our famous Prime Rib Roast with Au Jus and Creamy Horseradish offered only on Fridays.

  The owners Laine and Erica Uchida, took over this establishment in 2006 and already have a loyal customer following. Their aim is to offer good quality food, with the most affordable prices the economy will allow them to.

  The kitchen crew, along with Laine have many years of culinary history behind them and hail from the kitchens of five star restaurants. Laine and his brother Brandon are formerly from Hualalai Resorts, The Hualalai Grille by Alan Wong. Lastly, the other valuable kitchen crew member and line cook is James Russell. With all of their experience, they can take their culinary skills to different levels as the need arises in the restaurant and Catering Department.

  The Front is managed by Traci Uchida and Erin Liberato, with the help of Maria, Denni and Teri.

  Mercy and Roy are the backbone of the restaurant in the prepping department.
